Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal data is processed when you visit ptiark.hu or contact PTIARK, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Enquiries via the contact form or email
- Data: your name, email address, the topic you select, the content of your message, and the time it was sent.
- Purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a possible engagement.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); for general enquiries, the legitimate interest in answering messages received (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: up to 12 months after the last exchange, unless the enquiry leads to a contract — in that case the correspondence is kept for as long as the contract and the related legal (e.g. accounting) obligations require.
- Recipients: form messages are delivered by email through the email provider listed in the imprint, which stores the mailbox.
Please do not send passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information through the form.
2. Technical data when you visit the website
- Data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and device information (user agent), and the referring page — recorded in the web server's access and error logs.
- Purpose: to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate errors or abuse.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Retention: server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
To prevent spam, the contact form keeps a salted, one-way hash of the sender's IP address together with submission times for at most one hour. The IP address itself is not stored for this purpose.
3. Cloudflare
Traffic to ptiark.hu is routed through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides DNS, network security and connection services. Cloudflare processes connection data (such as IP addresses) as a processor in order to deliver and protect the website, and may process it outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare participates in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
4. Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and does not load fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.
5. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to [email protected] and will be answered within one month.
