Complexity, made practical.

PTIARK turns complex ideas into structured, working solutions: websites and custom software, tested business concepts, clear financial models and well-argued policy analysis.

01 / SOFTWARE

Need a website or custom software developed?

From a company website to a booking system or an internal tool that replaces three spreadsheets: PTIARK designs and builds software around a clear use case, not around a technology trend.

  • Business websites and landing pages
  • Web applications and internal tools
  • Booking, payment and form integrations
  • Mobile app prototypes
  • Automation of repetitive data work
  • Dashboards and data visualisation

About AI-assisted development (“vibe coding”): AI tools make it possible to get from an idea to a working first version much faster. Speed is only the starting point: every build is reviewed, tested on the paths that matter and refined before it is handed over.

Discuss a website or software project
  1. Understand

    Start with the real problem

Who is it for, what should it do, what are the constraints, and what would a useful first version look like?

  2. Build

    Make something tangible early

A focused, working version you can click through — not a long specification that nobody reads.

  3. Refine

    Test, fix, then decide

Check what works, fix what does not, and only then decide what deserves further investment.

02 / BUSINESS IDEAS

Need help developing or validating a business idea?

An idea is cheap to change on paper and expensive to change after launch. PTIARK helps you think it through properly first: who it is for, how it makes money, what could break it and what the smallest useful test would be.

  • Structured brainstorming and problem framing
  • Business model and revenue logic
  • Market and competitor overview
  • Unit economics and break-even thinking
  • Risks, assumptions and how to test them
  • A realistic first version or pilot plan

Expect honest feedback. If the numbers do not work, it is better to find out now.

03 / FINANCE

Looking for financial analysis or controlling support?

Illustrative only — not client data. Every real model starts from your own figures.

More than ten years in accounting, controlling and finance — currently working as a financial analyst and controller. The aim is simple: numbers that management actually uses to decide.

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cash-flow planning
  • Financial models and scenario analysis
  • Management reporting and KPIs
  • Cost analysis (COGS, OPEX)
  • Power BI reports and dashboards

Useful when you are planning an investment, preparing a budget, trying to understand where the margin goes, or need a reporting structure that does not have to be rebuilt every month.

Ask about financial support

04 / POLICY

Looking for policy or political analysis?

Economic, social and political questions rarely have a single right answer, but they do have better and worse arguments. PTIARK prepares structured, evidence-based analysis that makes the trade-offs visible.

  • Policy research and briefing papers
  • Economic and regional analysis
  • Social and political context analysis
  • Programme and proposal review
  • Data collection and visualisation
  • Clear summaries for decision-makers

The analytical background comes from an MSc in Regional and Environmental Economics and more than a decade of working with financial and economic data.

05 / SUSTAINABILITY

Need support with CSRD, ESG or sustainability reporting?

Sustainability reporting is largely a data and analysis challenge. PTIARK contributes to CSRD, ESG, CSR and sustainability reporting projects where financial and environmental-economics skills are both needed.

  • Research and regulatory background
  • Data collection and structuring
  • Indicator calculations and analysis
  • Linking ESG data with financial data
  • Drafting supporting sections
  • Implementation and process support

PTIARK works as a contributor within a reporting project or team. It does not independently prepare or assure complete sustainability reports.

About

Who is behind PTIARK?

I am Patrik Pusztai (Pusztai Patrik in Hungarian order), an economist based in Hungary. PTIARK is an anagram of my first name — and the brand behind my independent work.

My day job is financial analysis and controlling. Alongside it, I build software with AI-assisted tools and work on business, policy and sustainability questions. What connects them is the same habit: take something complicated, break it into parts, and put it back together in a form people can use.

You work directly with me. Where a project needs more hands, I say so upfront.

Questions

What should you know before getting in touch?

What does “vibe coding” mean in practice?

It means using AI-assisted development tools to turn a description into working code quickly. The speed is useful for getting a first version in front of you early; the code is then reviewed, tested and refined like any other software.

Do I need a detailed brief?

No. A few sentences about what you want to achieve, who it is for and any deadline or budget constraint are enough to start. Shaping the brief is part of the work.

Is PTIARK an agency?

No. PTIARK is an independent practice run by Patrik Pusztai, so you work with the same person from the first conversation to delivery. If a project needs additional specialists, that is discussed openly before anything starts.

Can you help with both the software and the business case?

Yes — that combination is the point. A booking system, a pricing model or a reporting tool is more useful when the business and financial logic behind it is thought through as well.

Do you prepare complete CSRD or sustainability reports?

No. PTIARK contributes to reporting projects through research, data work, analysis and implementation support, working with the team responsible for the report.
