Complexity, made practical.
I help small and medium-sized businesses turn complex questions into usable results: websites and custom software, a clear financial picture, well-organised sustainability data and well-founded business decisions.
Services
Software, finance and business analysis in one place
Most business problems do not stop at the boundary of one discipline. A website has to serve a business goal, a budget needs a usable tool, and a regulatory change needs numbers. I work across all of these.
- Websites & custom softwareWebsites, web apps, internal tools and app prototypes, built with AI-assisted development.
- Financial analysis & controllingBudgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial models and management reporting.
- Sustainability data & ESGData collection and analysis for customers, banks and reporting teams.
- Business ideas & strategyDeveloping and testing ideas before money is spent on them.
- Regulatory & economic impactWhat the economic environment means for your company, or what your company means for its region.
Software
Need a website or custom software for your business?
From a company website through software to an internal tool that replaces a pile of spreadsheets: I design and build software around a clear use case, not around a technology trend.
- Business websites and landing pages
- Web applications and internal tools
- Booking, payment and form integrations
- Mobile app prototypes
- Automation of repetitive data work
- Dashboards and data visualisation
About AI-assisted development
AI tools make it possible to get from an idea to a working first version much faster. Speed is only the starting point: every build is reviewed, tested on the paths that matter and refined before it is handed over.
Understand
Start with the real problem
Who is it for, what should it do, what are the constraints, and what would a useful first version look like?
Build
Make something tangible early
A focused, working version you can click through, instead of a long specification that nobody reads.
Refine
Test, fix, then decide
Check what works, fix what does not, and only then decide what deserves further investment.
Finance
Looking for financial analysis or controlling support?
More than ten years in accounting, controlling and finance, currently working as a financial analyst and controller. The aim is simple: numbers that management actually uses to decide.
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cash-flow planning
- Financial models and scenario analysis
- Management reporting and KPIs
- Cost analysis (COGS, OPEX)
- Power BI reports and dashboards
Useful when you are planning an investment, preparing a budget, trying to understand where the margin goes, or need a reporting structure that does not have to be rebuilt every month.
Sustainability
Has a customer, bank or funding call asked you for ESG data?
More and more large companies and banks ask their suppliers and clients for sustainability data, even where smaller companies have no direct reporting obligation. This is largely a data and analysis task, and that is where I help.
- Preparing ESG questionnaires and data requests
- Data collection and structuring
- Indicator calculations and analysis
- Linking ESG data with financial data
- Research and regulatory background
- Support for reporting teams (CSRD, ESG, CSR)
I help with data, analysis and preparatory work, or as a contributor within a reporting team. I do not independently prepare or assure complete sustainability reports.
Strategy
Need help developing or validating a business idea?
An idea is cheap to change on paper and expensive to change after launch. I help you think it through first: who it is for, how it makes money, what could break it and what the smallest useful test would be.
- Structured brainstorming and problem framing
- Business model and revenue logic
- Market and competitor overview
- Unit economics and break-even thinking
- Risks, assumptions and how to test them
- A realistic first version or pilot plan
Expect honest feedback. If the numbers do not work, it is better to find out now.
Regulation
How will a new regulation or a geopolitical shift affect your business?
A tax change, a minimum wage increase, a shift in energy prices, a new EU requirement or a change in the wider world always ends up in a company’s numbers. I help you see the size of the impact in time, and what is worth preparing for.
- Quantifying the impact of tax and contribution changes
- Modelling wage and cost-level changes
- Overview of new regulations and EU requirements
- Economic assessment of funding and grant opportunities
- Regional and market context analysis
- Concise summaries for decision-makers
The analytical background comes from an MSc in Regional and Environmental Economics and more than a decade of working with financial and economic data. The analysis looks at the impact from the company’s point of view.

Questions
What should you know before getting in touch?
What does “vibe coding” mean in practice?
It means using AI-assisted development tools to turn a description into working code quickly. The speed is useful for getting a first version in front of you early. The code is then reviewed, tested and refined like any other software.
Do I need a detailed brief?
No. A few sentences about what you want to achieve, who it is for and any deadline or budget constraint are enough to start. Shaping the brief is part of the work.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes, I work mainly with micro, small and medium-sized businesses. A smaller, well-defined task is a good place to start, for example a website, a cash-flow plan or an ESG questionnaire.
Is PTIARK an agency?
No. PTIARK is my independent practice, so you work with the same person from the first conversation to delivery. If a project needs additional specialists, we discuss it openly before anything starts.
Can you help with both the software and the business case?
Yes, that combination is the point. A booking system, a pricing model or a reporting tool is more useful when the business and financial logic behind it is thought through as well.
Do you prepare complete CSRD or sustainability reports?
No. I help through data collection, analysis, questionnaire preparation and implementation support, working with the team responsible for the report.
